Gabriel's Mills



This year, Gabriel's Mills is being taken over by Mary and Joe. Gabriel is still the chef and master miller, but he is training his sister and brother on the mills and in how to bake. They have added a new mill this year to coarsely grind corn for polenta, wheat for cereal, and to steel grind oats. They will continue providing the same bread flours Gabriel developed last year.
